Restaurant Server (Aubergine)
Aubergine, the restaurant at L'Auberge Carmel seeks an enthusiastic and capable individual who is passionate about food and wine to join our service team. Recently rated as # 5 by Zagat in California, we are looking for professionals in fine dining service to compliment our team in the areas of taking orders, serving, expediting and clearing. Candidate must have fine dining service experience, ideally at a Relais & Chateaux, or Michelin rated restaurant. Extensive passion and knowledge of food and wine is required. Candidate must have the ability to serve as a captain, expediter, server, assistant, and wine assistant/ cocktail server at any time.

Assistant Hotel Manager / Sous Chef
Mirabel Hotel & Restaurant Group, the acclaimed proprietor of the Relais & Châteaux luxury hotel L'Auberge Carmel, and its restaurant, Aubergine, the casual Italian eatery Cantinetta Luca in Carmel and their retail arm Salumeria Luca, as well as Hotel Les Mars, Relais & Châteaux located in Healdsburg, is looking for an addition to their team. Hotel Les Mars has a new and exciting position available for the right candidate. We are seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager/Sous Chef who will be second in command in the kitchen and is generally in charge of food production. This position will also ensure effective operation of front of house by overseeing the Front Desk and Bell staff when needed.
Requirements for this position consist of the following:
• Must hold a post secondary culinary arts degree, and three years in a food preparation position.
• Two years previous hotel management experience in a boutique or resort hotel required, and/or a combination of four years training and experience in hotel/resort supervision and management
