Captain/Server The candidate should be genuinely inspired by food and wine and possess a heart of a servant. The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience in well-established restaurant(s) with a reputation forhigh standards in food and service. A commendable foundation in wine service is desired.
Expediter/Food RunnerThe ideal candidate would have Requirements that include but are not limited to the
following: Outgoing personality and friendly demeanor, 1-2 years experience, ideally in upscale fine dining, Able to communicate effectively in English, Flexible, but primarily available evenings, weekends and holidays (5 shifts per week), Willing to work in any department to serve our guests (Heart of a Servant mentality)
