Guest Services Agent
Previous hotel front desk experience preferred, Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, High level of communication skills, Proper Phone Etiquette, ability and enthusiasm to learn and grow.
Extensive Wine knowledge is required. Advanced Sommelier certification required, Master certification desired. Four years previous restaurant service experience in an upscale or luxury dining facility is required with at least 2 years prior experience in wine service and strong desire/ passion to continuously learn more about food and wine.
Line Cook
Experience in fine dining for Line Cook position with a passion for the small details is a must. Additional requirements include: line cook (3) years’ experience, highly motivated, team player, ability and enthusiasm to learn at a high level, high level communication skills.
Pastry Cook
Experience in pastry and baking. 2 years minimum experience, Highly Motivated, Team Player, High Level Communication Skills, Culinary education preferred, but not required.

Two years previous restaurant service experience in an upscale dining facility is required, and at least two years prior experience in cocktail and drink preparation, including knowledge of high end liquors is also required for this position.

Lunch Server
4 days including weekends 10:30-4:00, 2-3 years of experience.

Cook PM (Pasta Station)
3 years’ experience, fasted paced organized individual. Full time including weekends starting 3:30pm

Office Administrative Assistant
Manages the day to day office administration and manages all office administrative details. Performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required. Must use common office equipment such as fax, phone and copy machine, Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, planning and organizing, prioritizing, problem assessment and problem solving, information gathering and information monitoring, attention to detail and accuracy, adaptability, customer service orientation.
