Hotel Manager
The hotel manager will ensure effective operation of the hotel by overseeing the Front Desk and Bell staff, ensure effective operation of the back of house overseeing the Housekeeping supervisor and Maintenance crew or contractors. Provides special project and public relations support to the sales and marketing team and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel as delegated by or in the absence of the General Manager while complying with the L'Auberge Carmel and Mirabel Hotel and Restaurant Group's Mission and Service Standards as well as Relais & Chateaux's 5 C's and philosophy. Two years previous hotel management experience in a boutique or resort hotel required, and/or a combination of four years training and experience in hotel/resort supervision and management. Experience in financial accounting, personnel supervision, counseling, and problem solving a plus.

Front Desk Agent
The candidate should be genuinely inspired by hospitality, the service arts, and travel, as well as possess a heart of a servant. The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ experience in well-established hotels or inns with a reputation for high standards in service.

Restaurant Manager
The ideal candidate must be passionate about food and wine and have the ability to offer unparalleled service to our guests. We are looking for a professional who has a deep understanding of fine dining service to complement our team. The ideal candidate would have management or supervisory tenure, ideally, in a Relais & Chateaux property, a Michelin rated restaurant or a 5 Star/5 Diamond hotel and be a certified Sommelier. Responsibilities include full management and oversight of the front-of-house department within F&B for the hotel and restaurant, considerable time on the floor, assisting and supporting staff through service, including support as captain, expeditor, runner or sommelier as needed. Extensive wine knowledge is a required.

The candidate should be genuinely inspired by food and wine and possess a heart of a servant. The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience in well-established restaurant(s) with a reputation for high standards in food and service. A commendable foundation in wine service is desired.

Sous Chef
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a high end restaurant, preferably Italian-themed.

PM Line Cook
We are in need of an experienced Line Cook to execute food orders to our chef's exacting standards. You will play a key role in creating customer satisfaction and to adding and further enhancing our restaurant's reputation. Your main duties will entail being responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications
