Reservations Manager
Responsible for managing reservations functions for all properties including revenue management, management of 3rd party selling sites, updating rate codes & plans, and training of front desk/reservations staff on proper reservation standards. Coordinates Group Sales activities for all properties and leads other departments in achieving group service goals. Responsible for on-site coordination and set up (with staff assistance) of F&B groups. Handles all administrative and sales facets of sales leads.
