Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
Our ideal candidate is ambitious, business savvy and eager to grow, with prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality restaurant featuring upscale cuisine and beverage options. Job Objective: Responsible for managing day to day service for lunch and dinner at Cantinetta Luca. The Assistant GM is responsible for understanding and analyzing financial and POS data and suggesting and implementing changes accordingly. Strong service skills and knowledge of wine and bar is a must. Hands on training, leadership and support is expected. This position is responsible for being an ambassador in the community, forging relationships with area hotel concierges and other businesses that have the potential to refer business.
Shift Supervisor – Lunch
Looking for a front of the house Shift Floor Supervisor for Lunch to work 10:30am - 5pm, five days a week working on weekends are required. Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred. Open Table and Maitre D experience required. Organizational and Leadership skills a must.
Experienced Lunch Prep/Dishwasher
9am - 3pm, five days a week. 2-3 years solid experience in a fast-paced, high-volume upscale restaurant is required, Italian cuisine preferred.
4 days including weekends, 10:30-4:00, 2-3 years of experience.
Line Cook Lunch (Pasta, Pizza and Pantry)
2-3 years solid experience in a fast-paced, high volume, upscale restaurant, Italian cuisine preferred
Line Cook/Jr. Sous Chef
3-4 years line cook experience, preferred Italian cuisine, as well as strong supervisory skills
Cook PM (Pasta Station)
3 years experience, fast paced organized individual. Full time including weekends starting at 3:30pm
